Flood Watch issued September 7 at 9:41AM EDT until September 7 at 4:00PM EDT by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
counties, Adams, Cumberland, Franklin and Perry.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding
may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Slow moving downpours may produce hourly rainfall rates in
excess of 2 inches per hour through this afternoon.
