* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of northern Delaware...New Jersey...and southeast
Pennsylvania...including the following areas...in northern
Delaware...New Castle. In New Jersey...Camden, Coastal Ocean,
Eastern Monmouth, Gloucester, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex,
Northwestern Burlington, Ocean, Salem, Somerset, Southeastern
Burlington, and Western Monmouth. In southeast Pennsylvania...
Delaware, Eastern Chester, Eastern Montgomery, Lower Bucks,
Philadelphia, Upper Bucks, Western Chester, and Western Montgomery.
* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Storm drains
and ditches may become clogged with debris.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Heavy rain across the watch area will persist into the
afternoon. Rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour may lead
to flooding of urbanized and low lying areas.
