Flood Watch issued September 6 at 12:36AM EDT until September 6 at 8:00AM EDT by NWS State College PA

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
areas, Columbia, Montour, Northern Lycoming, Northumberland,
Snyder, Southern Lycoming, Sullivan and Union.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Scattered showers could produce additional heavy rainfall
through daybreak, contributing to additional rises on streams
and creeks along with some urban/poor drainage flooding.
