Flood Watch issued September 5 at 3:25PM EDT until September 5 at 11:00PM EDT by NWS Cleveland OH
* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...A portion of northwest Pennsylvania, including the
following areas, Crawford, Northern Erie and Southern Erie.
* WHEN...Until 11 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Scattered thunderstorms this afternoon through this evening
could train over the same areas and produce locally heavy
rainfall on already saturated ground.
