Coolbaugh Township is the largest municipality in the county. Because of the confusion with recent events, we wanted to clarify that Coolbaugh Township includes the Village of Tobyhanna (18466 zip code). Tobyhanna Township is a separate and distinct municipality which is from Pocono Pines to Blakeslee and areas in between including Kalahari.
