Chester Upland School District will be hosting a 'BACK AND BETTER SCHOOL BACKPACK GIVEAWAY" on Friday, August 26th from 2pm-6pm, behind Chester High School. COVID tests and boosters will be available and Philabundance will distributing food boxes.
