Winter Storm Warning issued January 17 at 12:41AM EST until January 17 at 1:00PM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA

* WHAT...Spotty freezing rain, sleet and snow will transition to all
snow after 2 AM. Moderate to briefly heavy periods of snow will
overspread the area through 8 AM. Additional snow accumulations of
2 to 4 inches are likely.

* WHERE...Western and southwestern Pennsylvania into northern West
Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
remain slick and hazardous, especially where snow falls on top of
existing ice accumulations. Plan on extremely slick road
conditions, especially where untreated. Dangerous driving
conditions will impact this morning's commute.

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions for
