For community safety, 2nd Street, from Rise Street to Market Street will be CLOSED. Fire Police will be at 2nd Street & Market Street as well as 3rd Street & Market Street to allow trick-or-treaters safe passage across the street. Thank you for your patience & assistance to help keep everyone safe!
