The Penn Hills Council will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, November 2, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at the Penn Hills Government Center, 102 Duff Road.
Council will consider Ordinance No. 2026-2716, authorizing the issuance of up to $9.475 million in General Obligation Bonds to fund capital projects and improvements. Proposed projects include construction of a new Public Works salt shed (approximately $4 million) and acquisition of the former Penn Hills YMCA property for a Community Recreation Center, along with a generator (approximately $2 million).
Additional business may be considered during the meeting.
