The Municipality of Penn Hills will hold a Special Council Meeting on Thursday, October 29, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers to receive public input on proposed capital projects, including:
Community Recreation Center: Proposed acquisition of the former Penn Hills YMCA property located at 11817 Frankstown Road.
Public Works Salt Shed: Proposed construction of a new salt storage facility at 6600 Leechburg Road.
Council may also address any other business that may come before the Board.
Residents and interested parties are encouraged to attend and share their input on these proposed projects.
