Finance Committee Meetings begin at 6:00 pm and are open to the public. Meetings are held in Classroom 110 in the Carlynton Junior-Senior High School. The board reserves the right to vote at all meetings.

The Finance Committee Meeting is held one week prior to the voting meeting. The voting meeting includes administrative reports, discussions, and voting on agenda items. Presentations, relevant to items on the agenda, will take place on an occasional basis.

All meetings, except for the executive sessions, are open to the public. At public meetings, members of the community are welcome to address the Board with a question or concern. Individuals are usually asked to express their concerns or ask general questions at the beginning of the meetings on an agenda item, with time set aside at the conclusion of the meetings for other issues.
