Paving Operations- Main Street

PRESS RELEASE
The Town of Louisa would like to provide citizens with an update regarding the ongoing Main Street Paving Project.
The contractor is currently experiencing a breakdown at their asphalt plant. This unforeseen issue has delayed the restoration and completion of paving operations on Main Street.
We understand the inconvenience this delay may cause and appreciate the patience and understanding of our citizens, businesses, and visitors as this project progresses.
The Town is working with VDOT to obtain an updated construction schedule. An additional update will be provided to the public once information regarding the schedule moving forward is received from VDOT.
Thank you for your continued patience and cooperation as we work toward the completion of this important project.
