Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of Harrisville, Butler County, Pennsylvania, will hold a Special Meeting at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at Borough Hall, 117 S. Main Street, Harrisville, PA, the purpose to discuss opting in on the Butler County Urban County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program.
