Celebrating America's 250th Anniversary.
Free Community event at the Doucette House, 126 Water Street, Edinboro, including "Birds of Prey" from the Tamarack Wildlife Refuge at 2 p.m.
This free event hosted by EAHS will take place from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Doucette House at 126 Water Street in Edinboro.
--Enjoy delicious blueberry crisp with ice cream
--View a large display of antique and historic American flags honoring America's 250th Birthday, including: a 46-star flag, as the America flag looked between 1908 and 1912, a 48-star flag flown between 1912 and 1959, and a 50-star flag flown with United States combat troops in Afghanistan.
--At 2 p.m., the Tamarack Wildlife Refuge will present "Birds of Prey"
-- You too can sign the Declaration of Independence written by our Founding Fathers!
PLEASE NOTE: Because parking is very limited at the House for this event, EAHS will provide a free shuttle service between Blaney Vision Center’s Parking Lot and the Doucette House. We will pick you up at the Blaney parking lot on West Normal Street. Blaney Vision Center address is 148 Meadville Street at Normal.
