The Krum City Council recently approved the installation of new stop signs at two intersections along East Sixth Street: Bobcat Boulevard/Brook Circle and the South Sharon Drive/East Huffman Street intersection.
These improvements will create two new four-way stops designed to help reduce speeding along East Sixth Street and improve pedestrian safety. In addition, the city will be installing new school zone signs to further enhance safety for students, pedestrians, and motorists. The new stop signs and school zone signs will be installed before the start of the upcoming school year. Please watch for the new traffic control devices and use extra caution when traveling through the area.
