Kid and Play Yoga is offering Brave Beginnings, a fun 3-day series designed especially for incoming Kindergarten and 1st Grade students. Through yoga, mindfulness, interactive games, and confidence-building activities, children will develop important social and emotional skills while making new friends before the first day of school.
📅 Dates: August 6, 13 & 20
🕚 Time: 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
📍 Location: Schuylkill Haven Recreation Center
🎒 Back-to-School Special: Only $8 per session!
