PA 250 Community Celebration Planned for June 27 at Dauphin Carnival Grounds
DAUPHIN, PA — Residents and visitors are invited to join a day-long community celebration honoring Pennsylvania’s role in America’s history during a special PA 250 Event on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at the Carnival Grounds in Dauphin, 200 Church Street, Dauphin 17018.
The event is presented collaboratively by Middle Paxton Township, Dauphin Borough, the Dauphin Middle Paxton Historical Society, the Middle Paxton Lions Club, and the Dauphin Middle Paxton Township Fire Co. #1.
The celebration will feature a patriotic parade, historical demonstrations, live music, community competitions, traditional games, and ceremonies commemorating America’s 250th anniversary era while highlighting local heritage and community pride.

Organizers encourage families, veterans, local organizations, and history enthusiasts to attend and participate in this unique community celebration. The event aims to bring together residents of all ages to reflect on the nation’s founding ideals and celebrate the strong traditions of the Dauphin and Middle Paxton communities.
