NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Lyndonville, New York will hold a Public Hearing for Local Law 2026-1 to override the tax levy limit established in general municipal Law 3-c on the 26th day of May, 2026 at 2:00PM at the Village Hall, 2 South Main Street, Lyndonville, New York, public comments can be submitted in writing prior to the meeting at Village of Lyndonville PO Box 270, Lyndonville, NY 14098 and at such Hearing any and all persons may be heard in regards to said Local Law 2026-1.
