Notice is hereby given that the Porter Town Council (the “Town Council”) will meet in an Executive Session on Friday, April 3, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Porter Town Hall, 303 Franklin Street, Porter, Indiana, 46304.
This Executive Session is being conducted by the Town Council for the purpose of discussing job performance evaluation, employee specific compensation, or employment matters of individual employees pursuant to Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(9), and for the purpose of communications with an attorney that are subject to attorney client privilege pursuant to Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(19).
No final action will be taken at said Executive Session and no other subject matter will be discussed. Executive Sessions are not open to the public.
