A public Zoning Hearing will be held on two amendments to the Zoning Ordinance.
1. Ordinance Amending the Township Code, Specifically Chapter 27, Zoning, to Establish Definitions and Regulations for Fossil Fuel Electric Generating Facilities as Conditional Use.
2. Ordinance Amending the Township Code, Specifically Chapter 27, Zoning, to Establish Definitions and Regulations for Cryptocurrency Mining and Data Centers as Conditional Use.
This meeting will not be available by conference call, but the public is welcome to attend.
