Adults are invited to join the Library for this Munch & Learn session.
This program provides a clear overview of Alzheimer’s and other dementias, including risk factors, warning signs, and practical ways people can reduce their risk and get involved. The presentation also highlights findings from the U.S. Pointer Study—a groundbreaking national research effort examining how lifestyle factors such as diet, exercise, and social engagement may protect brain health as we age.
This program will take place in the Township Community Center.
