Qualifying Dates: Jan 26th, 2026, thru Jan 29th, 2026
Qualifying Times: Monday-Thursday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
Location: Inglis Town Hall- 135 Hwy 40 W, Inglis Fl 34449
All persons seeking election shall be a qualified elector and shall be a resident of the Town of Inglis for a period of six (6) months immediately preceding qualifying. The Mayor and Town Commissioners are elected on a nonpartisan basis by a town wide vote. The election shall be held in accordance with the Charter of the Town of Inglis, Florida, and the State of Florida Election Laws
Qualifying fees must be paid by checks drawn on the candidates campaign account.

Seats Open: Three (3) Commission Seats- Two Year terms
Books Closing: March 9, 2026
Any person wishing to become a registered voter can complete an application form which can be obtained at the Levy County Supervisor of Elections office or online at: www.registertovoteflorida.gov
Town Election: April 7, 2026

Polls Open: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
