Because of the Holiday on Monday, the Borough's garbage crew will begin pickup of Tuesday's route today at 5:00 a.m. To ensure your garbage is collected, please place it at the curb prior to 5:00 a.m. Most residents choose to set their garbage out the evening before.
Please note that Borough ordinance prohibits placing garbage at the curb more than 12 hours before collection. For this route today, garbage may be placed out no earlier than Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. This ordinance helps prevent the unsightly buildup of garbage cans throughout the Borough days in advance of collection.
