Discussion: With the government shutdown over and the congressional budget process underway, our consultant is putting together a strategy to go after Federal funding/grants/appropriations for this upcoming congressional session. This meeting is intended to bring the city commission up to speed on what he is looking at and get any particular guidance that the commission might have for him.
