KNOW ALL MEN AND WOMEN by these present that we, the Mayor, Council and Administration of the Borough of Aspinwall, Pennsylvania do honor and offer our respect and gratitude to JOSEPH & LENORA OLEARCHICK, for their dedication and friendship to us, the residents of Aspinwall, over the years.
WE HONOR, JOSEPH & LENORA OLEARCHICK for their community spirit and participation in the civic activities in the community and their devotion to duty and genuine interest in the residents of the Borough of Aspinwall.
NOW, THEREFORE, we the Mayor, Council and Administration of the Borough of Aspinwall do hereby proclaim
