Trick or Treat Night shall be observe in accordance with LIMC’s recommended policy in that trick-o-treating shall occur between the hours of 6:00pm and 8:00pm on Halloween (October 31), except when Halloween falls on a Saturday or Sunday, in which case trick-or-treating shall occur between the hours of 6:00pm and 8:00pm on the preceding Friday.
