Details
Before you trick or treat, head over to the Ingram Borough Building for a costume contest and the parade!
Starting at 1:00 p.m. judges will mingle with the crowd carefully selecting the best costumes. Winners will be announced at 1:30 p.m.
Once the winners are announced and have received their medals they will lead the parade of participants down West Prospect Avenue towards Ingram Avenue.
Trick or Treating will be held following the parade from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.
All events will occur rain or shine!
Public Safety vehicles will be patrolling Ingram Borough streets to monitor traffic and keep participants as safe as possible.
