PUBLIC NOTICE
The governing bodies of Penn Township, Rapho Township, and Manheim Borough will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 7pm at the Manheim Central High School, Room 700, 400 Adele Ave., Manheim, PA 17545. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on the final draft of a proposed update to the regional comprehensive plan for the three municipalities.
