Attention tweens and teens!
Celebrate life, memory, and creativity at the South Park Township Library as we honor Día de Muertos at our "Remember & Celebrate: Día de Muertos Craft Night" on Saturday, November 1st from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm! Tweens and Teens are invited to enjoy a screening of Disney-Pixar’s Coco, paired with hands-on crafts that honor tradition and personal stories, plus snacks like nachos to enjoy.
Make sugar skull ornaments, design alebrije shadow boxes, and create resin keepsakes like guitar picks or paw print charms to remember beloved pets. Whether you stay for the movie or just stop by to craft, there’s plenty of color, culture, and creativity to explore.
This is a drop-in program, so feel free to stop by the library at the time that is best for you to complete the activity! Please allow yourself plenty of time to complete the craft when you arrive.
