Planning Commission Meeting
Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held by the New Freedom Planning Commission on October 6, 2025, 3:00 PM at the New Freedom Borough Municipal Office, 49 E. High Street, New Freedom, Pennsylvania when and where all interested persons may appear and be heard regarding the following:
P.C. Case No. 05-25: The New Freedom Borough Planning Commission will meet to consider recommendation of the proposed Southern York County Regional Comprehensive Plan. The Comprehensive Plan has been developed collaboratively by Shrewsbury Township, Shrewsbury Borough, Glen Rock Borough, New Freedom Borough, and Railroad Borough through the Southern York County Regional Planning Commission. It outlines a shared vision for land use, housing, transportation, community facilities, natural resources, and intergovernmental cooperation for the region.
Examination of the above applications may be made at the New Freedom Borough Municipal Building at 49 E. High Street, New Freedom, PA 17349 during regular business hours (Monday – Friday; 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM).
