This educational event is hosted by West Manchester, Manchester, and Dover Townships on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm at the West Manchester Township Administration Building. The topic is Green Stormwater Infrastructures and Leaf Collection and will be presented by Vincent Cotrone from the Penn State Cooperative Extension.
