Halloween is a special time in Schuylkill Haven.
This year’s Halloween Parade will be featured Tuesday,
Oct. 28.
As in the past, the parade will form on the
Avenues and the Schuylkill Haven Area High and
Elementary School parking lots, beginning at 6 p.m.
Marchers, floats, and service vehicles will begin the
parade, stepping off at 7 p.m. down East and West
Main streets, ending at St. Charles Street.
