NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Waterford Township, Erie County, Pennsylvania
Notice is hereby given that the Waterford Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., prevailing time, at the Waterford Township Municipal Building, located at 12451 Circuit Street, Waterford, PA 16441.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider an application submitted by Jennifer and Ronald Good for a conditional use permit to operate a home occupation on the property identified as Erie County Tax ID Number (47) 031-084.0-012.05, commonly known as 13112 Flatts Road, Waterford Township, Erie County, Pennsylvania.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend the hearing in person.
