Dear Residents:
Morgan Excavating, LP will begin milling and paving on the following streets:
- North Water Street, from Train Tracks to Giant Eagle
- Poplar Street, from N. Water to N. Second Street
(WEATHER PERMITTING) on/or about 8/1/25 - 8/8/25
Work normally begins at 7:00AM to 5:00PM and NO ON-STREET PARKING will be permitted. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated during this temporary inconvenience. Please direct any questions or concerns to any on-site personnel or call the number below.
