Get your 4th of July off to a running start! Join friends and neighbors at Crafton Park for the annual Thomas J. Witt Memorial Firecracker 5K. The race is free and open to runners and walkers of all ages. If your kids are small, bring your stroller or wagon and enjoy the historic streets and unique homes along the way. The route follows the traditional 5K course with directional signs posted to keep you on track. If you’re not a runner or a walker, set up a chair along the course and give a shout-out to participants as they pass by. Or, come to the park and cheer on the finishers.
The race leaves the start line at 8:00 am, so get to the parking lot early to get warmed up and ready to roll. We look forward to seeing you on the 4th!
