PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Borough of Edinboro Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a hearing on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at 6:00 pm in the Council Chambers of the Edinboro Municipal Building located at 124 Meadville Street, Edinboro, PA to consider the following appeal:
Appeal: Walter & Rebecca Dickson, Owners of 305 Washington St (11-002-024.0-009.00) are requesting an increase of cubic content on a legal nonconforming structure/parcel upon demolition of existing by adding a 2nd story to a new structure which will remain in existing footprint. Relief is also requested for two decks (side and front) which will extend beyond the existing footprint.
27-401 B. If approved by the Board, a reconstructed structure or building may exceed its original lot coverage and cubic content but must meet the minimum yard requirements of the district in which the structure is located, and it must meet the off-street parking and loading requirements of this chapter.
