Starting March 16, 2025 the Churchill Borough Police Department will be working with the Resources for Human Development and Allegheny County Department of Human Services "A-Team," an alternative response to crisis intervention aiming to reduce hospitalizations and incarcerations for mental and behavioral health issues.
