Aspinwall Borough Fall Planting Day

This years planting will be held on Saturday, November 16 from approximately 8:00AM until noon. We will gather at the borough building (217 Commercial Ave. Aspinwall, PA 15215) at 8:00 for coffee, doughnuts, and a tree planting demonstration.
Once we see who is at the morning meeting, everyone will be placed into teams and assigned jobs for the day. Jobs include: measuring, digging, lifting & orienting the tree, backfilling, mulching, and cleaning up.
This event is rain or shine. Please dress for the weather. If you have a safety vest, gloves, water bottle, etc...feel free to bring them with you. We will have a limited supply of vests and gloves for volunteers on the day.
Join us back at the borough building after the trees are planted for a celebratory lunch.
