The fourth quarterly installment of the 2024 Refuse/Recycling will be due on 12/05/2024. Accounts with a past due balance for this bill accrue a 2% penalty fee each month after the due date, and unpaid balances will be turned over for collection the at the end of the calendar year.
Residents who would like to check their balances or pay online may do so through the Borough's Citizen Action Center (https://foresthillspa.citizenactioncenter.com/), using the 10-digit account number printed on their bill. Online payments are applied to bills in order of due date. Payment can also be remitted in person or by mail, with a check or Money Order made out to the Borough of Forest Hills, and delivered to our address:
