Adults are invited to South Park Township Library's "Reiki & Peaceful Vibes" program.
Take part in a transformative new monthly class designed for beginners and anyone seeking a peaceful, relaxing experience. This session integrates gentle stretches, breathwork, guided meditation, and Reiki to promote holistic well-being.
Suitable for all levels, this class provides a nurturing environment for rejuvenation and renewal of the mind, body and spirit. Join us to experience a holistic journey to peace and relaxation. The stretches will be performed in a chair. You have the option to lay down for the guided meditation and reiki.
The cost is $15 per person with a portion going to South Park Township Library. Bring a mat/towel/pillow or whatever makes you comfortable if you would like to use the floor.
