The North Central Rural Transportation Planning Organization (North Central) is engaging with the public to identify roadway safety issues across Cameron, Clearfield, Elk, Jefferson, McKean, and Potter counties. The feedback received will inform North Central’s ongoing Safety Action Plan which will outline projects and opportunities to improve safety for motorists, transit riders, pedestrians, and cyclists alike, with the goal of reducing or eliminating roadway fatalities and serious injuries in the region.
