PUBLIC NOTICE
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Borough of New Freedom will hold a public hearing for the purpose of taking public comment, at 6:15pm on Monday July 8, 2024 at the Borough Office, at 49 East High Street, New Freedom, Pennsylvania, after which hearing the Council will hold their regularly scheduled meeting and consider for adoption an Ordinance entitled “AN ORDINANCE OF NEW FREEDOM BOROUGH, YORK COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING THE BOROUGH’S ZONING ORDINANCE BY REPLACING ARTICLE VIII, SIGN REGULATIONS IN ITS ENTIRETY.” Copies of the proposed ordinance are available for inspection at the Borough Office, Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm.
