The Cumberland Township, Adams County, Pennsylvania, Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing for the Zoning Hearing Application filed by Steve Hemler, for property located at 35 Belmont Road, Gettysburg, PA, in the Mixed Use (MX) Zoning District. Applicant seeks a Variance pursuant to the Cumberland Township Zoning Ordinance, Part 6, Section 27-603 Development Standards – Mixed Use, to allow construction of an accessory structure greater than 50% height of the principal structure. The applicant is also seeking variance from Part 12, Section 27-1201.3B to allow relief from buffer requirements.

The Hearing will take place Wednesday, November 8th, 2023, at 4:00 PM, at the Cumberland Township Municipal Building located at 1370 Fairfield Road. Full opportunity to be heard will be given to any citizen and all parties with legal standing.
The application is available for public inspection at the Pennsylvania Municipal Code Alliance Office, 1895B York Road, Gettysburg, PA 17325 between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
