Town of Federalsburg, Federalsburg Lions Club, Federalsburg VFW and Caroline County Parks and Recreation have teamed up to host Madness on the Marshyhope Blue Catfish tournament and festival. The blue catfish is an invasive species that is causing havoc in our rivers with our native species. We are hosting this tournament to help bring awareness to area anglers and residents about the dangers the blue catfish pose to our beloved crabs, rockfish and sturgeon. Please support this all day festival and tournament.
Festival Details:
Join us for a FREE family friendly event with music, food trucks and educational presentations from DNR while the anglers fish.
Festival is from 11 to 2 pm. We will have food trucks (Off the Sauce and Farmer's Daughter), music and free kids activities including free fishing gear, arts and crafts and blow ups.
NEW!!!!! Join us for a weigh-in party at the marina starting at 2:00 pm. Party includes live music, beer, food and a good time!
