Bruceville Community Church will host anyone interested in creating a free mum or garter for homecoming Thursday September 7th, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. at their campus located at 583 Old Moody Road Eddy, Texas 76524.
They are also taking monetary and in-kind donations to support the event, i.e. ribbon and decorations.
