The Cumberland Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing for the Zoning Hearing Application filed by Laruel Life, the owner of the subject real property located at Table Rock Road in the Cumberland Township, Adams County, Pennsylvania. The Applicant is seeking a special exception to allow an addition to a non-conforming use to be constructed on a lot pursuant to section 27-1701.2.B of the Cumberland Township Zoning Ordinance in order to authorize an enlargement of the building of a nonconforming use. The subject property is located in the Cumberland Township Residential (R) Zoning District and is further identified as Adams County Tax Parcel Number: 09F12-0063B--000. The application is available for public inspection at the Pennsylvania Municipal Code Alliance Office, 1895B York Road, Gettysburg, PA 17325 between the hours of 9 Am and 3 PM, Monday through Friday.
