NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Borough Council of the Borough of Mount Pocono shall hold a public hearing on
June 7, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. in the Borough Council Meeting Room, Mount Pocono Municipal
Building, 1361 Pocono Boulevard, Suite 100, Mount Pocono, Pennsylvania 18344, for the
purpose of considering a Conditional Use Application of Franklin Bioscience NE, LLC for a
medical marijuana dispensary proposed to be located at Suites A1-A3 of the Mount Pocono
Crossings Center, 3194 SR Suite 101, Mount Pocono PA 18344. The property is located in a C-2
(commercial general) zoning district. Conditional use approval is required for such use in
accordance with section 215-16 (A)(2) and attachment 1 of the Mount Pocono Zoning
Ordinance.
A complete copy of the Application is available at the Borough Offices during regular
business hours.
All interested citizens of the Borough of Mount Pocono are invited to attend.
