Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held by the New Freedom Planning Commission on April 24, 2023 at 6:00 PM at the New Freedom Borough Municipal Office, 49 E. High Street, New Freedom, Pennsylvania when and where all interested persons may appear and be heard regarding the following:
P.C. Case No. 04-23: Application by Burget & Associates for New Freedom Business Park, LLC. The applicant is requesting a Preliminary/Final Land Development Plan, to allow a Solar Array at 127 Pleasant Ave., New Freedom, PA. The property is located in the Light Industrial Employment District
P.C. Case No. 05-23: Application by Mason Dixon Baptist Church. The applicant is requesting a Final Land Development Plan at 713 Campbell Rd, New Freedom, PA, 17349 The property is located in the Single Family Residential District.
Examination of the above applications may be made at the New Freedom Borough Municipal Building at 49 E. High Street, New Freedom, PA 17349 during regular business hours (Monday – Friday; 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM).
