Due to inclement weather conditions, The City Auditorium in the Ruhman C. Franklin Municipal Building will be available as an emergency shelter beginning Monday, January 30,2023 through the week. If you need a place to go to stay warm, please call Karnes County Dispatch at 830-780-3931 (option 1)
