SPECIAL MEETING
The Paradise Township Board of Supervisors has scheduled a SPECIAL MEETING for Monday, January 30, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the Special Meeting is to hold a Public Hearing for consideration of the application of JSPA Realty, LLC for a Conditional Use Approval for a Master Development Plan in the Resort Development Overlay District in accordance with Section 160-11(43.B) of the Township’s Zoning Ordinance and any other business that comes before the Board. The Public Hearing will be held to a two-hour time limit. All meetings are open to the public. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Paradise Township has scheduled a Public Hearing at the Paradise Township Municipal Building, 5912 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco, Monroe County, Pennsylvania 18326 on Monday, January 30, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. for consideration of the application of JSPA Realty, LLC for a Conditional Use approval for a Master Development Plan in the Resort Development Overlay District in accordance with Section 160-11(43.B) of the Township’s Zoning Ordinance. The Resort Facility will include a lodge, separate villas, pools, and related amenities. The Commercial Shopping Center will include a mix of uses, including retail, office, and restaurant uses. The Master Development is proposed on seven (7) parcels of land situated off of SR 611, four (4) located in Paradise Township, Property Identification Numbers 11636500219565, 11636500221351, 11636500403397, 11636500100937, 12636500001679 (Pocono Township), 12636500108111 (Pocono Township), 10636517016178 (Mount Pocono Borough). The subject parcels in Paradise Township are located in the R2 zoning district of the Township and are also included in the Resort Overlay District. The properties are owned by the applicants, JSPA Realty, LLC.
